Old Tom is a style of gin that bridges the gap between London Dry and the considerably sweeter original gin, Dutch Genever. Legend has it that the “Old Tom” name came from a 19th century English bar that dispensed it’s gin in secret.
A hand-crafted unique small batch premium gin of quality and consistency. Prior to distillation the spirit is generously macerated with whole juniper cones and further infused with coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice, cassia bark, orris root, nutmeg and cinnamon.
